This is what happens on a rainy, dull autumn afternoon when a few people get feeling bored and have nothing better to do. They dress up loosely styled on a Dawn of the Dead theme and head off to the local cemetery.
This is a completely freestyle shoot. Rachelle did all the makeup and costume coordination 2 hours before we headed out and we decided the setups on the fly for each shot. The only preconceived idea that we had was since we only had Andrew as the single male to turn up that the gals would be dominatrix and subject him to their evils. He loved it, and the wind only blew my light stands...
Yahoooo! I have added some new strobes and radio triggers to the arsenal. I asked Dakota to pose for some interesting shots since he is a budding MMA fighter. I used the whole kit n kaboodle to get this, gels, snoots, zoom and we ended up with some pretty cool stuff that he's gonna show off down at the gym.
Now that the page is nearing completion, I can get back to shooting. I'm a better photographer then web designer anyway.
Local camera store was selling Lexar Pro 16gb Class 10 SDHC cards at half price. Of course I got one. Sheesh 25bux.
The weekend is gonna be equally busy. Saturday night I will be shooting a couple of my entertainer clients at a fundraising gig.
Also, I will be heading out on Sunday to shoot at a pirate fest where one of my production company clients is putting on a show for the entire weekend.
BONUS!!! Kid just messaged me. She has my 'Dad I'm home' gift. Three Ojecoco...
A friend managed to get free passes to the practice rounds at last week's Canadian Open PGA Tour stop here in Hamilton. I spent an marvellous few hours snooping around Hamilton Golf & Country Club and grabbing pictures one normally doesnt get during the championship round.
Something like this could be fun if you are having a tournament of your own or are involved in a company tourney. Call me and I will come to any course in Ontario and do a custom shoot for you.
