I spent a wonderful evening in Kitchener the highlight of which was of course, the BB King concert. The Centre is a beautiful theatre, with seating for about 3500 people and every seat was sold out. The acoustics were such that I could stand next to the mains without earplugs. That was pretty novel because I found a little corner down low at the stage where nobody else was shooting from. The shooting pit was actually on one side of the theatre stretching for the first 20 rows of orchestra seating and no shooting from in front. That sucked. Local bluesman, Steve Strongman, provided a great opening half hour bringing is high energy music to thoroughly warm up the crowd.
Great night. Enjoy the pictures.
